2.  Proclaim to the world the death, burial, and resurrection of
     our Lord Jesus Christ -- and salvation through faith in Him.
3.  Remember, reflect on, and appreciate what the Lord has

Evangelism: Invite Someone to Church
     Many people will go to church on "Easter Sunday" that would
not at any other time.  Take advantage of this to invite family,
friends, or neighbors to attend with you (and hear the gospel
message).  Consider some of the following:
 *  Send a hand-written letter of invitation and follow up with a
     telephone call.
 *  Offer a ride.
 *  Invite them to dinner with you after the service.
 *  Pray before and after that they will be saved or renew their
     commitment to the Lord.

Sunnyside Up: A Solid Footing
     One day our 6-year-old, Isaiah, asked me how many feet we
have.
     After I got over my surprise at his question, I answered, "Two."
     Isaiah then asked me, "Then why does this sign on the ladder
say, 'Keep all four feet on a firm, level surface'?"

God Loves You.
     Because we have been separated from God by sin, Jesus Christ
died in our place, then rose to life again.  If we trust Jesus
Christ as our Savior and Lord, He will give us eternal life.
     "For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that
not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of
works, that no one should boast" (Ephesians 2:8, 9).
